Prod Integrated Service Limited has a well structured Board of Directors and management team made up of people with proven track records and skills. The promoters of Prod have been known for running highly successful enterprises.
This is the highest level corporate governing body, whose members represent the shareholders. It is being headed by a Chairman of the Board. The Central Executive Management reports directly to the Board, obtains approval of the Board for all policy matters, budgets, plants resource allocation, etc. The activities and responsibilities of the Board are to be governed by the Corporate Articles of Association (By-laws).

CHIEF SYLVESTER OKONKWO (LL.B, B.L Hons) [President]
He is a seasoned telecommunications Lawyer with over 10 years active experience in the establishment of telecommunications companies, telecommunications product distribution and marketing. He is the major promoter and President of the company as well as being the Chairman of Chinto Technologies Limited, Oak Motors limited, 7 lush Green Limited (majority share Holder Company of Prod Integrated Services Limited). He has for the past one decade played very active roles as an Executive Director in two foremost and leading telecommunication companies in Nigeria. Prior to his movement into the telecommunications industry, he had been in private Legal practice as an International and a Telecommunications Lawyer and the Principal Partner in the law firm of Mouka, Mezue, Okonkwo   & Partners, Lagos, Nigeria.

BEKELE TADESSE [Director]
Bekele Tadesse holds the Masters degree in Industrial Economics from the Vanderbilt University, Nashville, USA with diplomas in Industrial Engineering, Microcomputers Development and Microwave Transmission Technology. Below is a summary of his relevant work experience: PRESIDENT/CEO - WIRELESS AFRICA Inc. San Jose, CA, USA, Consultant to Siotel Wireless of Nigeria, Danjay Telecom of Nigeria and Consultant, Sasatel Wireless of Nairobi Kenya. Was also Managing Director of Reliance Telecom (RELTEL), Lagos, Nigeria.

ENG. ROBERT JAMES MOOR, the General Manager
Robert James is the General Manager who drives the business of the company.
He Graduated in 1961 from Prince Edward School, Harare, Zimbabwe and holds an Engineering degree in Mining Technology.
He started working on the Copper Mines in Rhodesia (now Zimbabwe) in 1962 as a Mine Surveyor with Messina Transvaal Development .Worked as a Surveyor until about 1970 when he was transferred to the Mining Department as a “Shift Boss”.
In 1972, he moved to Gold Mining with Lonrho at Redwing Mine (Independence Mining) in the eastern region of Rhodesia (Zimbabwe) where he was made Mine Manager.
In 1981, He left Zimbabwe for South Africa where he started work on the Quarries. Between 1981 and 1986 he had worked for companies, such as D and H Quarries (now Lafarge), Group 5, Quarry Cats, Grinaker LTA.
At the beginning of February 2006, He left for United Arab Emirates, UAE where he worked as Crushing/Screening Manager and later as Production Manager for Caspian Group at Salwa Quarry in the Fuj area before joining Prod Integrated Services Limited.

ADEYINKA OLUSOLA, ACA
Adeyinka Olusola is the Manager, Finance & Administration. He is a 1995 Higher National Diploma graduate of Accountancy from Ogun State Polytechnic, now Moshood Abiola Polytechnic, Abeokuta. He is also a Chartered Accountant who has over twelve years experience in Oil marketing and distribution, Communication, and Hospitality industries. He worked with the firm of Toye Okedara & Co. in Port-Harcourt for 2 years before joining PROD INTEGRATED SERVICE LIMITED . His area of core competence is Accounting, Finance and management advisory services.
